Commemorative 45 Colt -Semi Auto- This is one of the Franklin Mint commemoratives, I believe. They were terrible expensive when first introduced. It is made by Colt and rendered inoperable through a plugged barrel and cylinder. Comes with frame for hanging. There are some light finger marks in the bright blue finish. Condition 9.
